Dosage and Use of Vitamin "C"
As a dietary supplement, take one to two sachets per day for boosting the immune system and maintaining cardiovascular, hepatic and glandular health.
For the best results, snip or tear the notched end off the sachet, squeeze into your favourite juice or water do not use too much liquid and prepare as if it was to be a one gulp process no more than one or two ounces, drink on an empty stomach and wait at least 15 minutes before eating.
We do not recommend mixing the product with a hot beverage or with any high-speed blenders or food processors.
Storage Instructions:
